The person behind CornerPoint IT

CornerPoint IT started the way most small businesses do — from helping people I knew. Friends and family would call with IT problems: slow laptops, printers that stopped working, Wi-Fi that didn't reach the back office. I'd fix them, and they'd say "you should do this for a living."

With a background in cloud engineering and backend development, I spent years building infrastructure and automation systems for software companies. That experience gave me something most IT providers lack: an understanding of how technology should actually work for a business — not just how to make the red lights turn green.

Being bilingual in English and Mandarin isn't just a feature — it's how I build real trust with clients who are more comfortable discussing technical decisions in Chinese. CornerPoint IT exists to give Bay Area small businesses the kind of IT partner that actually listens.
